Before we started, please answer to these questions: 

  • Is your document translated? (Some countries require translated documents)
    • If not, please let us know if you need a translation service. 
  • Is your document certified by the local government? 
    • Birth, Death, and Marriage certificates from the US local government are required for "certified copy", if you are unsure, just check and see if the certificate is signed by the County Clerk. 
    • Divorce Decree from the local US court needs to be certified by the court, please make sure to ask the court to give you a "certified copy" cover page. 
  • Is your document ready for the procedure?

      • Is it drafted by the attorney? 
      • Did you obtain a template from the local government? (Where do you plan to use this document) 
    • Personal Declaration 
      • Is it drafted by the attorney?

      • An expired passport cannot be accepted
      • Please update your passport at the nearby US postal service or US State Department

Notary, apostille, and authentication

Each government agency has their requirement and needs, it is the best to consulate with us before placing the order. 

Notary Public：
  • ​$15 for each signature, please let the Notary Public which services you want:
  • Please make an appointment to sign in front of the Notary Public for the same day service. 
  • Mobile notary available upon request, additional fee applies.
    • $70 per travel hour, please give your location so we can estimate. 
  • In California:
    • ​The signer MUST appear the Notary Public
    • The signer MUST present his/her ID (Driver's license, ID, or passport)
    • The Notary Public must scan the document for completeness
    • The Notary Public will record the journal entry
    • The Notary Public will complete the notarial certificate 
    • Sorry, in California, the Notary Public CANNOT perform the notary remotely, in person ONLY, please. 

Apostille: 
  • $200 per signature
  • Please always tell us which country you are will submit this document to. 
  • California: about 1 week, not including shipping time
  • Turnaround time varies depending on the state, please consult our representative, and let us know which country you tried to submit it to. 
  • We offer discount for multiple documents per order, please let our customer service representatives know ahead of time.

Authentication: 
  • $200 per signature
  • China: about 1-2 week(s), not including shipping time.
    • First come first serve, please contact us for your appointment asap. 
    • Please make sure you understand the local Chinese government want from you, once we processed the document, there is no turning back or changes.  Which means you will need to apply for a new set if there is any mistake. 
    • Authentication Application Form (click here) MUST USE COMPUTER TO FILL IN, NO HAND WRITTING, PLEASE. 
  • Turnaround time varies depending on the state, please consult our representative, and let us know which country you tried to submit it to.

What to bring: 
  • Signer's ID card and/or passport
  • The hard copies of the document that is to be sign, (and a few copies in case a mistake happens).  You can feel free to email it to us prior the signing time so we can review it to make sure you have everything ready. 

Note:
  • It's very helpful that you send documents to our e-mail, we will review the document so we can give  you a better quote. 
  • We can also tell you if your document is eligible for a notary or apostille or authentication, so you can save a trip. 
  • If your document has hand written notes, please send us a typed version in your e-mail if possible.   Some government agencies only accept typed up documents. 
  • Once the document is apostille and/or authenticated, there is no change is allowed, please double check your content before submitting for the process.   Which means you will need to start a new application again if you change your mind.

  • 在加利福尼亚：
    • ​签名人必须亲自到场公证签名
