What we need from you
- Re-Entry Application Google Form (click here)
- Application Fee: $660
- Service Fee: $150 (Fill out form, prepare document, and send to USCIS - $150 per application, already including regular postage, but not including the governmental filing fee. Including: color copy & scanning, shipping & handling waived due to the Covid-19
We will email you an invoice via QuickBooks online, and you can pay online or by phone with ACH and Credit Card. - US Driver‘s Licenses (Front & Back, copy or picture)
- Passport (Front, with Visa if any)
- Green Card (Front & Back, copy or picture)

3. Notice on approval of the Reentry Permit
4. Obtain Reentry Permit if approved

Can I apply multiple times? Generally, yes.
How soon will I get the permit? Currently, due to the COVID-19, we estimate about 4 months.
How long is the permit validation? The first time is about 2 years, maybe 6-12 months for the next application, depends on the Immigration office.
