Procedure:
Please allow 24 hours for reply, for immediate help, please submit the form first, then call our office at 858-224-2680 and discuss with our agent.
- Service Agreement
- Confirmation on date, time, location, and interpreter/client contact info
- 50% deposit or payment term according service agreement
- Cancellation fee is 50% of estimated price. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior due date and time will consider to be paid in 100% of estimated price.
Price & Quote
Interpretation pricing will be base on work hours. All out of office appointment requires a minimum service hours (depends on the meeting subject) and/or more base on location and type of business. Factor also including but not limited to:
- Different language pair
- Meeting location
- Meeting duration
- Meeting topic
- Interpreter with certain certification for different situation
