We have professional interpreter that can accompany you to the U.S. Immigration Service Interview(s). 

3 Steps to prepare for your interview:​

  • Greet and Meet before your interview
    • We offer an one-on-one immigration interview preparation consultation service, in which we can review your application and related materials together, update the application content, and provide opportunities for translation teachers and applicants to connect. The duration is 2 hours and is by appointment only.

  • Immigration interview interpretation services
    • We always encourage clients to be prepared as soon as they submitted their application. 
    • Otherwise, when you receive your I-797C Interview Notice, please contact us as soon as possible to secure the interperter as supplies are limited. 
    • When you reach out to us, please make sure to tell us the basic essential elements so we can better assist you:
      • Location of the interview, which city? 
      • Date of the interview
      • Time of the interview
      • Type of the interview
      • Best is to take a photo or scan your I-797C and email it to us at [email protected] 
To get started:
  1. Schedule a Date & Time to meet us at office. (Book an appointment) (858) 633-8509; (626) 905-3148
  2. Please bring your interview invitation letter from the U.S. Immigration Service to the appointment.
  3. Our rate varies in different locations due to the travel time, parking fee, and type of interviews.  Please always provide the basic interview information so we can quote accurately.   Or just send us the I-797C form.

  4. We will require deposit to confirm interview appointment. (We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, ACH+2%, and Credit Card+3.5% fee)
  5. You will need to prepare all the documents that the U.S. Immigration Services needs.
  6. Our interpreter will scheduled to meet you in front of the front entrance 30 minutes before your appointment time.  
  7. Our interpreter then will lead you to pass security, check-in, obtain and fill out interpreter form, and wait for the interview officer to call the parties with you together.
  8. During the interview, please remember to allow time for interpreter listen and speak, keep your paragraphs short, clear, and sound. 
  9. When the interview is finished, you might not get the result right away, please follow the immigration officer's instruction for your result.
  10. No need to be nervous! Just organize your documents, have a clear thoughts, answer the officer's questions, and allow your interpreter to translate, that's all!

  1. 請攜帶美國移民局的面谈邀請函I-797C前往我們辦公室。
  2. 請務必提供地點，日期，時間，類別；以便我們準確報價。

  9. 不用緊張！只需整理好您的文件，清晰思路，回答官員的問題，然後讓您的翻譯進行翻譯，僅此而已！
