Interpretation pricing will be base on work hours. All out of office appointment requires a 2/4/6/8 hours minimum and/or more base on location and type of business. Factor also including but not limited to:
- Different language pair
- Meeting location / mileage / parking fee
- Meeting duration
- Meeting topic
- Interpreter with certain certification for different situation
Phone or online interpretation pricing will be base on work hours. All appointments requires an One hour minimum, with deposit. Please speak with our agent so we can better assist you.

Cancellation fee is 50% of estimated price or depend on the project's completion status. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior due date and time will consider to be paid in 100% of estimated price.
