What we need from you
- Re-Entry Application Google Form (click here)
- Service Fee: $150 (Fill out form, send me a picture of your current passport (and visa, green card if applied), and send to Chinese Consulate
- We will email you an invoice via QuickBooks online, and you can pay online or by phone with ACH and Credit Card.
- US Driver‘s Licenses (Front & Back, copy or picture)
- Passport (Front, with Visa if any)
- Green Card (Front & Back, copy or picture)

- 护照更新、中国签证申请人资料 (点击这里填写，中英文均可）
- 移民中心服务费用: $150 / 每份，不含政府的申请费用。其中包括：由于Covid-19，免了彩色复印和扫描，运输和文件处理的服务费用。 我们会电子邮寄账单给您，您可以网上用网银或者信用卡付费，或者打电话给我们。

2. We will submit your information to the Chinese consulate on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Their only online open time)
3. You should get a confirmation to your email if it's submitted successfully
4. Follow the Chinese Consulate's instruction

2. 我们在周二和周四帮你递表（这是中国领事馆唯一的网上申请时间）
3. 得到审批的电子邮件通知
4. 按照领事馆指示执行下一步
