We can help you to provide Official Translation to the U.S. Immigration Service, government agencies, and/or legal officials, etc. 


When you have a certificate from another country, the school in the United States will usually ask you for an Official Translation.

For example: Your information and documents are always confidential. 

​If you are unsure, you can contact our representative and provide the name of the agency/office to which you are submitting the documents, along with their requirement letter/note, and your original documents. We will then find a proper solution for you. 

Once we are confirmed with your application requirement(s), we can provide you with a proper official translation within 1-2 business day(s). 

Here are the steps to help us serve you quickly:
  1. Scan and e-mail your original document (jpg or pdf) to [email protected] (You can also use your smartphone to take a picture and send it to us, or schedule an appointment to bring it to our office.)
  2. In the email, please indicate which agency you are applying for, copy a link, or attach the agency's application requirement letter/document.
  3. We will contact you within 24 hours. If you need urgent assistance, text 858-633-8509.
  4. We require a 100% deposit to start. Once you have filled out the Client Info (via DocuSign), you will receive an Invoice (via QuickBooks).  We accept cash, check, credit card, zelle or venmo to [email protected]
  5. Once your Official Translation is ready, we will send an email with the PDF, and you can come to the office and pick up the original hard copy at our office location, or add $10 for regular mail. 
  6. We can also mail your hard copy document, with an additional $10 for a 2-3 business day regular mail.

Fees:
For example: 
A certificate is usually one page: about $100-$200 per document (Depending on the language pairs, some might be more expensive).
Public Notary by 3rd party: $15 each
PDF by email: Free
Pick up at the office: Free
Shipping & handling, $10

Certificate with multiple languages,  or multiple pages,  or formatting, additional fee will apply, please ask our represenative for a quote. 

Note:
  • Once you send documents to our email, we will review the document and confirm the fee.  
  • If your document has handwritten notes, please send us a typed version in your email if possible.

英譯中文件

如果您的文件是美國當地官方出示的文件，例如，出生/死亡證明，結婚/離婚證明，文憑，成績單，聲明書等，您必需按照當地附近的領事館要求準備文件。 此過程必須經過三重公證，方可在中國，台灣，香港等地承認其真實性和法律效用。

我們辦理其文件的翻譯，翻譯員證書，當地公證，另外加州務卿認證，和領事館認證的一條龍服務。

常見費用：
  • 通常每份證書（一頁）為$100，公證$15，共$115 （一頁以上會按實際情況收費，必須先看文件。）需時1-2個工作天
  • 加州務卿洛杉矶認證費用
  • 領事館費用
  • 由聖地亞哥去洛杉磯的郵差服務費，包含普通件費用。大於需時7-10個工作天。 ​
    • 加急，特急件按官方收費為準。如果有緊急情況，請跟服務員溝通，我們可以例外處理，其產生的費用由客人支付。

客戶需要提交：

  • 領事館認證申請表格，填寫並簽名和標上日期
  • 客戶的姓名，電話，地址，和email. 文件完成後，我們會發PDF到您的email.
