Appointment Cancellation Policy / 取消规范
For Interpretation Jobs:
- You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.
- Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled price.
即场翻译会议：
- 任何时间日期的改变必需要尽早告知翻译员，至少离会议一天 / 24小时前。
- 当天取消会议，没收项目定金
- 如果没有通知并临时取消，项目定金全数没收
