📝 公证签名服务流程
1. 提前咨询与预约
- 请通过电话或邮箱联系我们，提供以下信息：
- 文件类型（如移民表格、授权书、合同等）
- 预约日期与时间
- 签名地点（具体地址）
- 是否需要上门服务
- 我们的工作人员会确认签名时需使用蓝色或黑色笔（请提前核实文件要求）。
2. 确认费用与安排
- 我们将根据您提供的地址、时间及文件类型，核算总费用并确认服务安排。
- 如需上门服务，将根据地点收取相应出勤费、燃油费，非工作时间可能产生加班费。
3. 公证签名执行
- 请携带有效身份证件及需签署的文件原件至约定地点。
- 公证员将在核对身份后，监督签署过程并加盖公证章。
4. 文件交付
- 公证完成后，您将当场取得已公证的文件。

California Statutory Fees & Service Charges✍️ Notary Fees (California Statutory)
- $15 per notarized signature
- Applies to office and mobile services
- Office notarization includes up to 15 minutes per appointment
- Service overtime: $50 per hour, with minimum 1 hour, prorated after 1st hour.

- No walk-ins
- We prefer 24-hour advance booking
🚗 Mobile Notary Travel Fees
- $70 per hour (round trip travel time)
- Final travel fee depends on ZIP code
- Please provide your location for an accurate quote
⏰ After-Hours & Rush Services
- Outside business hours: additional $50, subject to availability
- Rush service during business hours: 2× total service fees
- Rush service outside business hours: 3× total service fees
- Rush and after-hours services are subject to availability
Printing, Scanning & Delivery Fees
- Black & white printing (single-sided): $0.35 per page
- Color printing: $1.10 per page
- Scan-back service: $0.35 per page
- Email: $5 processing fee
- Hard-copy delivery to FedEx / UPS store: $35 handling fee
- Client may provide a prepaid FedEx / UPS shipping label
Important Legal Disclosures (California)
- The signer must appear in person before the notary with valid government-issued photo ID, as required by California law.
- The client is solely responsible for:
- Document content and accuracy
- Determining which documents are needed
- Confirming required ink color for signing
- The notary does not provide legal advice or explain document content.
- Documents must be complete and ready at the appointment.
- No refunds or exchanges once notarization/signing is completed.
- Clients located outside the U.S. must contact a nearby U.S. Embassy or Consulate for notarial services.
