Notary, apostille, and authentication

Each government agency has their requirement and needs, it is the best to consulate with us before placing the order. 

Notary Public：
  • ​$15 each signature
  • Same day, by appointment ONLY, please. 

Apostille: 
  • $100 per signature
  • Turnaround time varies depending on the state, please consult our representative, and let us know which country you tried to submit it to. 
  • California: about 2-3 weeks, not including shipping time

Authentication: 
  • $100 per signature
  • Turnaround time varies depending on the state, please consult our representative, and let us know which country you tried to submit it to. 
  • China: about 4-5 week, not including shipping time, currently limiting only 1 application per office per month, first come first serve, and there is additional $104 (Chinese passport) or $116 (non-Chinese passport) for pandemic transaction fees.

What to bring: 
  • Signer's ID card and/or passport
  • The document that is to be sign, (and a few copies in case a mistake happens)

Note:
  • It's very helpful that you send documents to our e-mail, we will review the document and confirm on the fee. 
  • We can also tell you if your document is eligible for a notary or apostille or authentication, so you can save a trip. 
  • If your document has hand written notes, please send us a typed version in your e-mail if possible.   Some government agencies only accept typed up documents.

  • 每个签名 ​$15

州务卿认证：
  • 每个签名 $100 per signature 
  • 每个州务卿的手续时间虽然大同小异，但是也是有不同，请向我们的专员提供您需要递交的政府机构并咨询。
  • 例如：加州州务卿，需时大于2-3周，不包括邮递时间

领事馆认证：
  • 每个签名 $100 per signature 
  • 每个领事馆的手续时间虽然大同小异，但是也是有不同，请向我们的专员提供您需要递交的政府机构并咨询。
  • 例如：中国领事馆，需时大于4-5周，不包括邮递时间。 现在疫情，只限每个代理，每一个月，递送一份申请表格。先到先取号。另外，中国领事馆有加收疫情期间的手续费，（中国护照），（不是中国护照）。

材料清单：
  • 签名人的身份证和护照
  • 需要签名的文件，请自备原件和几分复印件，预防写错，签错现象。

备注：
  • 如果您能先提供一下文件到我们 的e-mail预览，我们可以更好地估计费用。 
  • 我们也能预览后，提醒您文件是否可以马上办理，或者有其它的需要。 
  • 如果您的文件有手写的地方，请尽可能发打印版给我们参考。事实上，很多政府机关只接受打印版的。如果您需要帮忙，请跟我们的专员说。
